Gracilis Muscle

This muscle is one of the basic muscle that can be found in the groin. You can find it at ischiopubic ramus (pubic bone). This important to atheletic because it is responsible for and assists knee flexion. The origin of this muscle is Inferior border of bubic body near symphysis and the Insertion of this muscle is Proximal medial surface or tibia.
