On the first video it started that the soccer player worked with his arm muscle that shows me that just because he is not really use arm when he play soccer it doesn't mean he doesn't need to work with. Secondly, he move on and started to work with his right foot, and that is the main muscle that he need to work with because almost every roll he will do, will be done by his feet even though there are so many types of muscle that can be founded in feet but there are main one such as soleus and Gastrocnemius click link to see more                       .Thirdly he began with puting he right foot over the left foot and that stretching help athletic to run faster and make their soleus muscle to be familiar with exercising. lastly he was working with his abs and it is importnat for athletic such as soccer player to work with his abs because abs helps them with exhalation which is it give them more energy when they were at the field playing.
